It’s Show Time!!!!
So this is the big moment you have been waiting for these past 9 months. It’s one of the most exciting and scary times a woman faces since most of time you have no idea when it is going to happen and how it will feel.
There are three stages of labor.
Stage 1: This is the longest part. it mainly consists of lots of contractions.
Stage 2: Delivery time! Most women feel a sense of relief when they get to this stage since it is finally time to push and meet their new little one.
Stage 3: Delivery of the placenta. For most women this part is not very exciting compares to the birth of their child. However, the good news it that it is probably the easiest part of labor.

Lastly, remember that every woman’s labor is different!! Some are long and tough and some are quick, but I don’t think I could honestly ever say painless. In the end every woman deserves a gold medal because not only is giving birth to your child a miracle, it is will probably be one of the toughest things you will ever do! Bravo to you!!
